Proper use of Braking.

Ok, well after some members had gotten bum hurt because they must rely on ABS, when several members hate abs, such as myself, Here is a bit of factual info u should consider.

You can clearly see, that certain car people need ABS.  And those that started with cars before ABS, perfer not to have ABS.  In all reality, Threshold braking is best form of braking for Dry conditions, and ABS is used in wet conditions.  Relying on ABS in dry conditions, is poor driving technique.  Simple fact!

I agree that ABS is useful in slick conditions like rain and snow, with every day driving I never feel my ABS kick in.  You need to be light on the brake and give yourself space to slow down, not race to the light and stomp the brake pedal.

exactly, i feel abs is most useful in diverse weather conditions. dry roads its just not needed. rain, snow, sleet, etc ...
