http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-918005/ 3-ton, wide stance, black, Summit brand. $25. (11.5 inch collapsed height.)

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-918006/ 6-ton, wider stance, black, Summit brand. $35. (15 inch collapsed height.)

Can't go wrong with the 3 tons. For the same price as the death-waiting-to-happen stands from Home Cheapo, you're getting something good. Summit brand stuff is damn decent. I've got a lot of Summit stuff in my garage. Half my car was built with Summit Racing brand equipment.

And their shipping is really fast.

Don't forget about Nopi, our car sponsor.

Nopi has been great to us.

And it's not really a shameless plug... well, maybe a little bit.

But I really do stand behind Summit Racing equipment. I've got at least 5-10 different hats, and a garage and car full of tools and parts. I've got a fat stack of their stickers in all of the different sizes and enough catalogs to make stacks of furniture out of. I'd be proud as hell to have them sponsor us, and it's a shame a couple of bad apples can ruin it for their friends. Our cause and our message is bigger than our individual members. Especially the little ones that have been caught going against what we stand for.

Again, NOPI is awesome, they've got a lot more stuff than I thought they did and we've placed several orders with them. They just don't have as big a product line as a race team and car club could want in a vendor.

Oh, don't get me wrong, the Jegs family is great too. Good people. But I'm more a fan of their family and race team than their catalog. I don't feel they're as good as they used to be in terms of product line, prices and shipping. But they have had some stuff that Summit didn't, and I've got a stack of their decals and catalogs as well...
